Jerel JACKSON, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Jerel Jackson appeals the motion court's judgment denying his Rule 29.15 post-conviction motion after an evidentiary hearing. In two points on appeal, Jackson claims the motion court clearly erred in denying his Rule 29.15 motion. Jackson claims appellate counsel was ineffective in failing to raise on appeal that the trial court erred in denying Jackson's motion to exclude testimony and for sanctions due to the State's failure to timely disclose impeachment information including a co-defendant's guilty plea transcript and a crime lab report. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
