ORDER

The State appeals the trial court's final judgment granting Tessie Nash's motion to dismiss the charge against her for the class D felony of stealing a credit device in violation of section 570.030. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for this decision has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
