ORDER

David Prior Wilmoth (“Wilmoth”) appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Clinton County, Missouri (“trial court”), affirming the Director of Revenue's decision to suspend Wilmoth's driving privileges upon its determination that Wilmoth was arrested upon probable cause to believe he committed an alcohol related offense. We affirm. Rule 84.16 (b).
