Marcin POWICHROWSKI, Appellant, v. DIVISION OF EMPLOYMENT SECURITY, Respondent.
Order
Mr. Marcin Powichrowski appeals from the Decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission, affirming and adopting the decision of the Appeals Tribunal of the Division of Employment Security, finding that Mr. Powichrowski was disqualified from receiving unemployment benefits because he was discharged by Trexcon, Inc. for misconduct connected with his work. Upon careful review of the briefs and the record on appeal, we find no error and affirm the Commission's ruling. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose. Rule 84.16(b).
