Charles KIDWILER, Sr., Appellant, v. O'REILLY AUTOMOTIVE STORES, INC. and Division of Employment Security, Respondents.
ORDER
Charles Kidwiler, Sr. appeals from the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission denying his application for unemployment compensation benefits based on a finding that he had been discharged for misconduct connected to his work.
