Order

Mr. Charles Moore, an inmate in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections, appeals pro se from the judgment of the Circuit Court of DeKalb County, Missouri, following a trial de novo on his small claims petition, in favor of Department of Corrections Officer Shammara Etzler on Moore's claim of negligence. Because there would be no precedential value in a published opinion, we have instead provided the parties an unpublished memorandum of law explaining our ruling. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
