In the INTEREST OF: Z.D.T. Juvenile Officer, Respondent, v. T.H. (Mother), Appellant.
Order
T.H. (“Mother”) appeals from the Judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, Family Court Division (“trial court”), terminating her parental rights to her minor child, Z.D.T., raising a substantial-evidence challenge and an against-the-weight-of-the-evidence challenge. Mother also asserts that the trial court abused its discretion in finding that termination was in Z.D.T.’s best interest. We affirm. However, because there is no precedential value in issuing a formal published opinion, we have instead provided the parties an unpublished legal memorandum of law explaining our ruling today. Rule 84.16(b).
