STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Rueben JACOBS, Appellant.
ORDER
Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Buchanan County, Rueben Jacobs was convicted of the class A misdemeanor of resisting a lawful detention, in violation of § 575.150 RSMo. Jacobs appeals. He argues that the circuit court should have suppressed inculpatory evidence derived from the police's unlawful entry into his home. Jacobs also argues that the court abused its discretion in allowing a recording of a 911 call to be played for the jury, because it referenced prior uncharged offenses. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
