Mark L. MARTIN, Appellant v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent
ORDER
Mark Martin appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Boone County, which denied Martin's Rule 29.15 motion for postconviction relief. The motion court determined that the claims in Martin's motion were not cognizable in a Rule 29.15 proceeding. Martin raises two points on appeal, arguing that the motion court erred in denying his motion because: (1) Martin received ineffective assistance of counsel due to counsel's actions with respect to a condition of his probation, and (2) Martin was denied due process when the trial court failed to inquire into Martin's finances in setting his monthly payment amount as a condition of his probation. The judgment is affirmed. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision has been provided to the parties. Rule 84.16(b).
