Mark A. POWELL, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Mark Powell appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County overruling his Rule 29.15 motion after an evidentiary hearing. In his two points on appeal, Powell argues that the motion court clearly erred in rejecting his claims that both his trial counsel and appellate counsel were ineffective. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
