ORDER

Gary Poke appeals from the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief by the Circuit Court of Jackson County following his convictions in his underlying criminal case for domestic assault in the first degree and two counts of victim tampering. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for the order. Rule 84.16(b).
