IN RE: the Matter of: C.K., Juvenile; M.H., Respondent, v. D.J., Appellant.
ORDER
D.J. (“Father”) appeals the circuit court's Judgment appointing M.H. (“Grandmother”) as guardian of the minor child, C.K. Father contends that the circuit court, 1) misapplied Section 452.423 when it failed to timely appoint a Guardian ad Litem after the prior Guardian ad Litem withdrew; 2) misapplied the law by failing to apply a clear and convincing standard of proof; 3) erred in finding Father unable and unfit to serve as C.K.’s guardian, arguing the circuit court's judgment is unsupported by substantial evidence; 4) erred in finding Father unable and unfit to serve as C.K.’s guardian, arguing the circuit court's judgment is against the weight of the evidence; and 5) erred in entering its judgment while another judgment involving the same issues was in effect. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
