Ms. Trina Saunders appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Boone County, Missouri, granting Missouri Employers Mutual Insurance Company's motion to dismiss her petition for failure to state a claim against the insurance company and dismissing it as a party to the action. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the judgment. We have provided the parties with an unpublished memorandum of law explaining the reasons for our decision because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose. Rule 84.16(b).
