Michael WHITE, Appellant, v. TREASURER OF the STATE of Missouri, Custodian of the Second Injury Fund, Respondent.
ORDER
Michael White appeals the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission's decision denying him permanent total disability benefits from the Second Injury Fund. In his sole point on appeal, he asserts that the Commission misinterpreted section 287.220.3(2), RSMo 2016, in denying him benefits. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for this decision is provided to the parties. The Commission's decision is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
