Mr. Kenneth L. Wykert appeals from the judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Nodaway County, Missouri, following a bench trial in which he was found guilty of first-degree involuntary manslaughter and abandonment of a corpse. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, an unpublished memorandum of law has been provided to the parties to explain our ruling today. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
