John M. TRAN, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
John M. Tran appeals from the Circuit Court of Jackson County's denial of his Rule 29.15 motion after an evidentiary hearing. In his sole point on appeal, Tran argues the motion court clearly erred in denying his claim that trial counsel provided ineffective assistance by effectively limiting his cross-examination of a State's witness by way of a pre-trial agreement with the prosecutor. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
