Richard D. BRANSON, Appellant, v. Patty PIPES and Michael Pipes, and State of Missouri, Respondents.
ORDER
Richard Branson appeals a decision of the Director of the Family Support Division of the Missouri Department of Social Services that revised the child support arrearage calculation in an income withholding order that had been issued to Branson's employer, but otherwise affirmed the income withholding order. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties with a memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision. Rule 84.16(b).
