Orson WELLS, Appellant, v. MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, Respondent.
ORDER
Orson Wells appeals the Cole County Circuit Court's judgment against him in his declaratory judgment action against the Missouri Department of Corrections (“DOC”). He argues that the DOC's interpretation of the effect of his consecutive sentences was illegal under section 558.026.1, RSMo 2016, and Rule 29.09. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reason for this decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
