Ricky L. SINES, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Ricky L. Sines appeals from the motion court's denial of his Rule 29.15 post-conviction motion. Sines asserts that the motion court committed clear error because appellate counsel was ineffective by failing to challenge the trial court's admission of a sealed bag containing Sines's shoes into evidence over Sines's objection that an insufficient foundation had been laid to establish chain of custody. Sines further asserts that had this issue been raised, there is a reasonable probability that Sines would have prevailed on appeal. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
