Tia TOWNSEL, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Tia Townsel appeals from the trial court's judgment denying her amended Rule 29.15 post-conviction motion after an evidentiary hearing. On appeal, Townsel contends that the motion court clearly erred in denying her claim that trial counsel was ineffective in failing to request and submit a self-defense instruction that included a no-duty-to-retreat paragraph, and Townsel was thereby prejudiced. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
