Order

Mr. Gary D. Allen appeals from the Judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Cass County, Missouri, following a jury verdict finding Mr. Allen guilty of one count of first-degree statutory rape, two counts of first-degree statutory sodomy, one count of first-degree child molestation, and one count of incest. Upon a thorough review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the Judgment. Because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose, we have instead provided the parties an unpublished memorandum of law explaining the reasons for today's ruling. Rule 30.25(b).
