In the INTEREST OF: L.W., Juvenile, M.W., Appellant, v. Juvenile Officer, Respondent.
ORDER
M.W. (“Father”) appeals the judgment of the Clay County Circuit Court terminating his parental rights to his daughter, L.W. (“Child”). In his sole point on appeal, he contends that the evidence was insufficient to support terminating his parental rights on the basis of failure to rectify. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for this decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
