Anthony W. WALKER, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
Order
Anthony Walker appeals, following an evidentiary hearing, the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. Walker raises a single claim on appeal; he argues that trial counsel provided ineffective assistance in failing to investigate and elicit all of Walker's prior convictions during Walker's direct examination at trial. He claims he was prejudiced by counsel's failure in that the State was able to impeach Walker's credibility during cross-examination with five more convictions than the three Walker admitted on direct examination. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
