Matthew VOLLAND, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Matthew Volland appeals the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief in the Circuit Court of Cass County following his guilty pleas in the underlying criminal case to one count of murder in the second degree and one count of armed criminal action. On appeal, Volland alleges that his guilty pleas were not knowing and voluntary and that his plea counsel was ineffective. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for the order. Rule 84.16(b).
