STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Justin M. DONOVAN, Appellant.
ORDER
Justin Donovan appeals from his convictions following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri. Donovan claims that the trial court abused its discretion by denying his request for a mistrial after the victim of his offenses testified through direct examination and part of cross-examination without having been placed under oath. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for the order. Rule 30.25(b).
