Order

Mr. Timmy Powell appeals from the Judgment and Commitment Order entered by the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, following a unanimous jury verdict finding that Mr. Powell was a sexually violent predator. Upon careful review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the judgment. Because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose, we have instead provided the parties with an unpublished memorandum of law explaining the reasons for our decision. Rule 84.16(b).
