In the Interest of: L.J.B., Appellant, v. JUVENILE OFFICER, Respondent.
ORDER
L.J.B., a juvenile, appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Family Court Division, finding that he is in need of care and treatment, asserting continued jurisdiction over him, and ordering him committed to the custody of the Director of Family Court Services for residential placement in the Hilltop Co-Educational Facility. In his sole point on appeal, L.J.B. asserts that clear and convincing evidence did not support the finding that his behaviors were injurious to his welfare or welfare of others under section 211.031.1(2), RSMo 2016. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reason for the decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
