Interstate Underground Warehouse & Industrial Park, Inc., appeals from the judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, following a jury verdict in favor of Interstate but awarding no damages against Pro Foundation Technology Incorporated. Interstate alleges error in the denial of its motion for directed verdict and its motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and motion for new trial on damages or, in the alternative, motion for additur. After careful review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the judgment. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum of Law explaining the reasons for our decision because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose. Rule 84.16(b).
