STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Joseph Micah GORHAM, Appellant.
ORDER
Joseph Gorham (“Gorham”) appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Ray County following a jury trial convicting him of four counts of abuse or neglect of a child pursuant to section 568.060.5(1), a class D felony. The circuit court sentenced Gorham to two years’ imprisonment for Count II, seven years’ imprisonment for Count IV, three years’ imprisonment for Count VII, and seven years’ imprisonment for Count XVII. The sentences run consecutively for a total of nineteen years’ imprisonment. Gorham raises four points on appeal. We affirm. A memorandum fully explaining the reasons for our decision has been provided to the parties. Rule 30.25(b).
