Eric E. WADDELL, Respondent, v. Rhonda L. WADDELL, Appellant.
ORDER
In 2008, the Circuit Court of Platte County entered a judgment dissolving the marriage of Appellant Rhonda Waddell (“Wife”) and Respondent Eric Waddell (“Husband”), dividing the Waddells’ assets, ordering Husband pay monthly child support, and ordering neither party pay spousal maintenance, the latter order being “non-modifiable.” In 2020, Husband filed a motion to terminate his child support obligation, which was granted by the trial court. Wife appeals. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 84.16(b).
