Sabrina BOWERS, Appellant, v. Robert L. SIPPIO, Jr., Respondent.
Order
Sabrina Bowers (Mother) appeals the dismissal, based on lack of jurisdiction, of her child custody petition against Robert Sippio, Jr. (Father). Mother raises one point on appeal. She argues that the court erred in dismissing her petition because the court had jurisdiction to determine custody under the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA), where the evidence showed that the minor children resided with Mother in Missouri for six months immediately preceding the filing of her petition. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
