STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Christopher Gregory FELTNER, Appellant.
ORDER
Christopher Feltner appeals his conviction for statutory sodomy in the first degree and sentence of seventeen years’ imprisonment following a bench trial in the Circuit Court of Callaway County. In two points on appeal, he contends that the trial court erred in overruling his motion to suppress and admitting his statements to law enforcement and in admitting the victim's videotaped forensic interview. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for the decision is provided to the parties. The conviction is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
