STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Geno A. GAROZZO, Appellant.
ORDER
Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Geno Garozzo was convicted of the class D felony of stealing by receiving stolen property. In his sole point on appeal, Garozzo argues that the trial court erred in overruling his motion for judgment of acquittal at the close of the State's evidence and submitting the case to the jury because the evidence was insufficient to sustain the jury's finding of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. In particular, Garozzo argues that the evidence was insufficient to establish (1) that Garozzo knew or believed that the property was stolen, or (2) that the combined value of the stolen property exceeded $750.00. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. We affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
