ORDER

Angela Pearson and the Estate of Linda Gregory appeal from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Cass County granting summary judgment in favor of Dr. Michael Kohlman, Jr., M.D. in their suit against Dr. Kohlman alleging wrongful death, medical malpractice, and loss of chance of recovery following the death of Pearson's mother, Linda Gregory. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties an unpublished opinion setting forth the reasons for the order. Rule 84.16(b).
