OSWALD ROAM & REW, LLC, Respondent, v. Anthony E. LONG, Appellant.
ORDER
Anthony Edward Long appeals following the trial court's entry of a judgment against Vtech Services LLC, the garnishee in a garnishment proceeding initiated by Oswald Roam & Rew, LLC in aid of executing on an underlying judgment entered against Long. Long argues that the trial court erred in denying his motions to dismiss the garnishment proceeding and the underlying judgment because Long reached a settlement agreement with Oswald Roam & Rew regarding payment of the underlying judgment. Because substantial evidence supports the conclusion that the parties did not enter into a settlement agreement, the trial court did not err in denying Long's motions to dismiss, and the judgment in the garnishment proceeding is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
