In the Interest of: C.D.J., Appellant, v. Juvenile OFFICER, Respondent.
ORDER
C.D.J. appeals the judgment of Family Court Division of the Jackson County Circuit Court finding that C.D.J. committed, what would be if he were an adult, the class A felony of robbery in the first degree and the class B felony of burglary in the first degree. C.D.J. complains in his sole point on appeal that the evidence did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he was involved in the commission of those offenses and that the court's finding was against the weight of the evidence. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
