Order
Mr. George Fuller, an inmate in the Department of Corrections, appeals pro se from the judgment following a bench trial of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, ruling in favor of Mr. Ronald E. Partee on Mr. Fuller's claim for breach of contract. Because there would be no precedential value in a published opinion, we have instead provided the parties an unpublished memorandum of law explaining our ruling. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
