ORDER

Ms. Sydney E. Jones appeals a Buchanan County Circuit Court jury conviction for first-degree child abuse resulting in death; she was sentenced to life imprisonment. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in accordance with Rule 30.25(b).
