Brooke Schreier GANZ, Both Individually and as an Authorized Representative of Reclaim the Records, a Non-Profit Unincorporated Association, Respondent, v. MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND SENIOR SERVICES, Appellant.
ORDER
The Missouri Department of Health and Human Services appeals from the trial court's entry of summary judgment in favor of Brooke Schreier Ganz and Reclaim the Records, a non-profit unincorporated association. DHSS argues that the trial court abused its discretion in ordering it to pay attorneys' fees totaling $137,655.02 to Ganz following a finding that DHSS knowingly and purposefully violated the Sunshine Law. Finding no error, we affirm, and remand for consideration of a motion for appellate attorneys' fees filed by Ganz and Reclaim the Records. Rule 84.16(b).
