Arthur HOPKINS, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
Order
Arthur Hopkins appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for postconviction relief after he was convicted of first-degree burglary. Hopkins contends that he received ineffective assistance of counsel because his trial counsel failed to call his brother, Aubrey Hopkins III, as a witness. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the judgment denying relief. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision, because a published opinion would have no precedential value.
AFFIRMED. Rule 84.16(b)
