STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Jerry K. BAUSBY, Appellant.
Order
Jerry Bausby appeals, following a jury trial, his convictions of second-degree murder, § 565.021, first-degree sodomy, § 566.060, incest, § 568.020, and first-degree sexual abuse, § 566.100, for which he was sentenced by the court, as a persistent offender, to life imprisonment for murder, life imprisonment for sodomy, four years’ imprisonment for incest, and seven years’ imprisonment for sexual abuse. All sentences were run concurrently except for the sodomy sentence, which was run consecutively, for an aggregate of two consecutive terms of life imprisonment. Bausby raises three points on appeal. He argues error in the admission of an unredacted copy of his videotaped interview with police, prosecutorial misconduct in closing argument, and error in the submission of a verdict director that failed to comply with the applicable Notes on Use. Finding no error resulting in manifest injustice, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
