Maurice D. WEAVER, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Maurice Weaver appeals from the judgment of the motion court denying his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief after an evidentiary hearing. On appeal, Weaver argues that the motion court erred in denying his Rule 29.15 motion because trial counsel was ineffective in: (1) stipulating to the testimony of Justin Drew, an eyewitness to the robbery; (2) failing to investigate, interview, and call Justin Drew as a trial witness; (3) failing to advise Weaver that the trial court had previously heard Julie Jamieson's guilty plea in which she implicated Weaver in the robbery; and (4) failing to adequately cross-examine Julie Jamieson. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
