Deborah MORELAND, TRUSTEE OF the DALE E. FUND AND MARILYN J. FUND REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, DATED MARCH 11, 1998, Appellant-Respondent, v. Gary D. ELLIS and Julia A. Ellis, Respondents-Appellants.
ORDER
Deborah Moreland (“Moreland”) appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Benton County, Missouri, which entered judgment quieting title to approximately .05 acres of real property on her claim of adverse possession but finding in favor of Gary Ellis and Julia Ellis (collectively “the Ellises”) as to Moreland's claim for a prescriptive easement and Moreland's claim for damages stemming from the Ellises' alleged trespass on the real property. The Ellises cross-appeal. Because our opinion would be of no precedential value, we affirm pursuant to Rule 84.16. The parties have been furnished with a memorandum for their information, setting forth the reasons for the order affirming the judgment. Rule 84.16(b).
