In the Interest of: B.W., Appellant, v. JUVENILE OFFICER, Respondent.
ORDER
B.W. appeals from the judgment of the Family Division of the Buchanan County Circuit Court finding that he committed an act that, if committed by an adult, would have constituted the class D felony of tampering with a motor vehicle in violation of section 569.080, RSMo 2016. In his sole point on appeal, B.W. contends that his attorney was ineffective in representing him in the juvenile proceeding by failing to object to hearsay testimony of the investigating detective. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reason for this decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
