Beverly SMITH, Appellant, v. JACKSON COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, Respondent.
ORDER
Beverly Smith appeals from the judgment of the Jackson County Circuit Court in favor of Jackson County, Missouri d/b/a Jackson County Sheriff's Office (“Sheriff's Office”) following a jury trial on her claims for hostile work environment and retaliation brought under the Missouri Human Rights Act, section 213.010, et seq. RSMo 2016. In her sole point on appeal, she contends that the trial court erred in submitting the Sheriff's Office's converse instructions to her claims. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reason for this decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
