Steven T. PYYKOLA, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Steven T. Pyykola appeals the denial, after an evidentiary hearing, of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. In his sole point on appeal, he contends the motion court clearly erred in finding Pyykola's appellate counsel was not prejudicially ineffective for failing to brief a claim that the trial court committed reversible error in allowing the State to introduce evidence pertaining to a rifle, rifle scope, and part of an ammunition box during Pyykola's trial. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
