ORDER

Michael A. Pullums appeals from his conviction of class A felony first-degree domestic assault. In his sole point on appeal, Pullums argues that allowing the State to amend its information was error because the amendment prejudiced his substantial rights. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
