STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Re'Quon D. DILLARD, Appellant.
Order
Mr. Re'Quon Dillard appeals from the judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Platte County, Missouri, following a jury trial in which he was found guilty of first-degree assault, first-degree robbery, and armed criminal action. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, an unpublished memorandum of law explaining our ruling has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
