Phyllis STANGL, Appellant, v. Katie FELKINS, Respondent.
ORDER
Phyllis Stangl (“Stangl”) appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Cass County, Missouri (“trial court”) denying her “motion to enlarge time to intervene” in a garnishment action, which was, in effect, a motion to intervene out of time, as the time to intervene had already expired. On appeal, Stangl claims that the trial court abused its discretion and misapplied the law by denying her motion because she had shown excusable neglect in not timely seeking to intervene. We affirm the judgment of the trial court. Rule 84.16(b).
