Robert NEIGHBORS, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Robert Neighbors appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing in the Pettis County Circuit Court. He claims on appeal that his appellate counsel (“Appellate Counsel”) failed to act as a reasonably competent attorney by failing to raise an issue of clear reversible error on direct appeal. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
